Payment & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our private tour services. Please carefully review the following payment and cancellation terms.
Payment Policy
We gladly accept payment by major credit cards. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and a written confirmation has been issued.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date in order to receive a refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and will be confirmed once received.
Changes & Modifications
Requests to modify dates or itineraries are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.
Force Majeure
In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events), we reserve the right to modify the itinerary while ensuring the best possible alternative experience.
