Hello everybody, this schedule below it's exactly what you'll bee doing during 10 days right after your arrival at the FCO airport in Rome, you'll have me waiting for you with a sign "Chef in Italy", adding you to all members of the group and than transfer with a private bus to our Chef in Italy Laboratory near Rome.

First of all where you all will be staying....a wonderful 12th C. HOTEL right above the Albano lake, where Popes lived and Mussolini choose as a summer residence, close by the famous city of Castelgandolfo, which is the Summer residence of the Pope today.

EIGHT DAY > FULL DAY FLORENCE
- Departing 10am from the Hotel
– Enjoy a look at Florentine life with our comprehensive tour. Visit the imposing Duomo, the Accademia Gallery, which houses Michelangelo's "David," and the breathtaking Uffizi Gallery.
